Brownie Cookies !
Ingredients:
- 1-180z box of brownie Mix
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp instant espresso coffee
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup flour
Instructions:
Step 1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Step 2. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Step 3. Form balls and place on parchment on a cookie sheet.
Step 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
