Chewy Rice cake

 Chewy Rice cake with Crispy chocolate recipe! 




Ingredients: 

  • Corn oil 20g
  • Granulated sugar 60g 
  • Egg liquid 50g
  • Milk 230g
  • Glutinous rice flour 220g
  • Cocoa powder 20g
  • Baking powder 5g
  • Dark chocolate coins


Instructions: 


Step 1:  Add granulated sugar, corn oil,  and milk in a bowl and mix well. Then add glutionous rice flour, sifted cocoa powder and baking powder stir to combine. Finally, add the egg liquid and mix until the batter is smooth with no dry flour remaining. 


Step 2:  pipe about 30g of the chocolate batter into the mold. Sprinkle some chocolate chips on the top, them pipe in another 30g of batter. Place a few chocolate drops on the surface bake in a preheated oven at 180°c (350°F) (top and bottom heat) for 45 minutes.
