Kulfa Ice Cream

 Kulfa Ice Cream Recipe 





Ingredients: 

  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweeted condensed milk
  • 1 cup milk 
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ teaspoon ground cardamom
  • ¾ Cup crushed nuts Almonds & pistachios 
  • ¼ tsp salt (optional) 
  • 1 pinch saffron threads (optional) 


Instructions:

In a large mixing bowl, add heavy whipping cream and condensed milk beat with the electric beater for 4-5 minutes. Until you get the thick fluffy consistency, add milk, salt, cardamom, saffron & nuts mix for 1 more minute. 

Pour the mixture in serving dish and freeze it for at least 8 hours or overnight.

Garnish with almonds & pistachios before serving & enjoy!
