Ingredients:
• 1 scoop low carb protein powder
• 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
• 1 packet swiss hot chocolate mix
• ½ cup water or skim milk
• ½ cup non-fat cottage cheese ( give it that milkshake consistency)
• handful of ice
• top with a dollop of low-fat whipped cream to garnish
Directions:
Add all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth and creamy.
