Rice Salad Healthy
Ingredients:
• 1 cup boiled rice
• red onion only few slices
• 2 tablespoons raisins
• 1 tablespoon chopped dried apricot
• 1 orange for dressing or 2 tablespoons lemon
• 1 teaspoon honey
• 4 tablespoons pomegranate seeds
• 2 tablespoons fresh mint and coriander chopped
• salt and pepper
• 8-10 pecans
Instructions:
Step 1: In a bowl add boiled rice, sliced red onion all the chopped dried fruits. Now make salad dressing by mixing orange juice from one orange, honey, salt and pepper, drizzle it over the salad and mix. At the end add nuts, chopped mint and coriander and sprinkle pomegranate seeds on top.
Step 2: Your delicious rice salad is ready to be served. Enjoy your food!
